MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Important Guidelines
- The counselling process for 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges, as well as 100% of seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC, AIIMS, and JIPMER, is conducted by the MCC.
- The remaining 85% of seats in state government colleges and private colleges are filled through state-level counselling, for which candidates must register separately.
- Candidates must use the same mobile number and email ID for MCC counselling registration as they did for their NTA NEET application, as all communications will be sent to them.
- There are specific rules for resigning from an allotted seat in each round. For instance, in Round 1, a “free exit” is available, but in subsequent rounds, resigning may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit and elimination from further rounds.
